Quick Access to Support Options
Within the Program
Did you know that many of our online
support options can be quickly accessed from within your ProSeries
software?
- Ask Intuit - In the "Ask
Intuit a question" field, type your question then press "Enter"
or click the "Ask" button. You'll be guided to answers
in our agent Knowledge Base, Live Community, or connected to a
live agent via Chat.
- Live Community - The Live Community
feature provides a quick and easy way for you to interact with
other tax professionals who are using ProSeries software. In the
Live Community panel you can view questions and associated answers
or ask and answer questions. You can also click links to Browse
the Online Community, Search Online Help, and Research TaxAlmanac.
- EF Atlas - From the "Help"
menu, select "ProSeries EF Atlas" to go directly to
the EF Atlas to find the latest e-file alerts and delayed acknowledgment
information.

Alabama Tax Returns Do Not Reflect AL 2009 Conformity to IRC 179 Limits and 168(k) Bonus Depreciation in 2009
Alabama Users: Alabama tax
returns do not reflect AL 2009 conformity to IRC 179 limits and
168(k) bonus depreciation in 2009. If your return contains federal
section 179 deduction or bonus depreciation, you must change entries
on the Depreciation Options Worksheet in order for the Alabama return
to correctly calculate these deductions. For more information, please
